Our story

For creatives, by creatives

Originally from Yorkshire, and having spent many years moving around the UK, I chose to make Cardiff my home in 2021. Having worked in the creative sector for over 20 years, I was amazed by the size and quality of the Welsh creative services industry.

During 17 years freelancing in London, I was fortunate to work with names such as Adam&EveDDB, M&C Saatchi, Warner Music, Goldman Sachs, 10x Banking, Adobe, Microsoft, HP. McKinsey and PwC amongst many others. I then took this experience and founded the agency, Luxia.

At the core of Luxia is a deep desire to be as sustainable as possible, which lead me to training to be a sustainability consultant with IEMA and Carbon Literacy Project. I have since made it my mission to help other companies in my favoured sectors on their path to become Net Zero.

Leading by example

We are net zero consultants who believe in setting a good example. We measure and minimised our own carbon emissions and we only partner with companies, who are committed to sustainable actions.

We participate in the UN’s Race to Zero campaign, use rigorous ISO 14001 carbon auditing processes, whilst adhering to the Science Based Targets Initiative all in line with CDP protocols. We also follow these same protocols for all of our clients.
